Presenting this renovated and lovingly cared for vacation rental with recently added polished wood flooring and lovely touches throughout. The homes master bedroom features a King size bed, HD TV and Pacific Ocean views There is an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The best thing about the property has to be the location!!! Just steps away, is the famous Windansea Surf Beach. It doesn't get better than this! The well appointed guest bedroom has two twin beds and a separate bathroom with a shower. The bright, modern kitchen overlooks the living room that has a large screen HD TV, fireplace, sleeper sofa and dining table for 4. Guest will enjoy free WiFi and Cable. There are two small balconies that allow the fresh ocean breezes and sea views. There is a large garage that will house any size car or truck and several beach bikes for your use. House Rules! No Smoking Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.
