Conveniently located just blocks from the famous Windansea Beach this classic beach vacation rental home has undergone an extensive renovation that included a new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and paint throughout. The beach is ONLY a 3 block down the road from the house and guests return year after year to take advantage of this exceptional location. World class Windansea Beach is famous for being one of the best surf spots in Southern California! Staying at this vacation home presents the rare opportunity to have parking for not one but three cars. There are three well appointed bedrooms The master has a King bed, the first guest room has a Queen size bed and the second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. A perfect family vacation home. Additional sleeping can be found in the sitting room where there is a full size sofa sleeper. The homes garden offers privacy and a perfect area for BBQ's NOTE: (There is a separate apartment that was built above the garage at the far end of the driveway that may be occupied . If occupied the resident does not have use of the driveway or yard area - that is for Guest use only). House Rules! No Smoking is allowed inside any of our properties. Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. The managements rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
