The home takes the best of European design and blends it with open-air California living, creating airy inviting spaces that flow from impeccably decorated rooms to the marvelous poolside patio. Sleeping up to nine, there is space for everyone to enjoy this luxurious amenities. With an open concept floor plan, the welcoming foyer flows seamlessly into the large living room and provides a view straight through to the patio, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that slide open from the living room to the kitchen. A quiet sitting area is tucked away at the front of the house by the beautiful modern fireplace and piano. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sectional and modern chairs before the large wall-mounted television. The dining table seats six beneath the large overhead skylights that keep the great room bright and airy. The kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances, bright and minimalist design cabinets, a breakfast bar, plenty of prep space, as well as two dishwashers and double ovens. All four bedrooms are en-suite with the master suite including a queen-size bed, patio access via retracting glass walls, a steam shower, and a separate tub. Two more queen suites and one suite with a double and twin bed are all beautifully decorated and furnished to match the rest of the house’s style, while the office provides a full sofa bed. California living truly begins outside on the spacious covered and heated patio with a huge dining table, kitchen pass through with bar, and pool view. The raised lounge deck is a perfect place to soak up some sun or escape to the quiet hammock in the corner. Then, of course, there is the beautiful heated swimming pool, equipped with three waterfalls and the elevated hot tub. All the elements conspire to make the perfect Southern California escape. Despite its quiet neighborhood and seclusion, the villa is in close proximity to just about everywhere you would like to go. The beaches of La Jolla Shores, Windansea, and Pacific Beach are all just five minutes away, five minutes more takes you to world-famous Torrey Pines Golf Course, while fifteen minutes will take you to many of San Diego’s biggest attractions, such as SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, and Balboa Park.
