La Jolla Shores Beach is considered the safest beach for children in La Jolla with gentle waves, shallow waters, and lots of sandy beach. There is a seaside park nearby for those time when they need to get out and just be. These cottages can easily also share a patio with al frescro dining and a barbecue to make meal making easier. The 1st cottage (850 sq. ft.) with has a queen master bedroom, and a 2nd bedroom with 2 extra long bunk beds, so it sleeps 4. The 2nd cottage (850 sq. ft.) also has 2 bedrooms - a queen master and a 2nd bedroom with a queen and a twin bed so it sleeps 5 in beds. Together 9 people can sleep comfortably in this compound. Each cottage has a full bath with a walk-in shower and all bed and bathrooms are outfitted with premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times. Both cottages also have a great room area, inside dining table, and a modern kitchen that has everything you need to create meals and snacks for your family or guests. There is a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating in the great room too. Additional amenities - included in both cottages - are a stacked washer cottage for your convenience, WIFI and cable, and 2 tandem driveway parking spaces for each unit. These simple cottages have everything you need - in a coveted location - is an ideal place for both basking in the beauty, ease and delight of this little slice of paradise, and creating precious memories that will last a life time! THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THESE HOMES: Low stress, close to shops, and one of the most beautiful, and calm, beaches in the greater San Diego area. You are just a short hop to the I-5 freeway so it easy to drive to both San Diego area attractions such as SeaWorld, The San Diego Zoo and it is only about an 1-1/2 hour drive to Disneyland. This would be a good long term rental for those who wish to spend the winter in a warmer climate. World famous restaurants and boutiques in La Jolla Village which is a walkable distance - or a short drive - from this cottage. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY: No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties - NO EXCEPTIONS! Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. This home is equipped with exterior surveillance as required by local city noise ordinance. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. Please do not block the street . You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
