Located in a coveted neighborhood of La Jolla, this luxe oceanfront home is perched on the bluff directly above the crashing waves of the Pacific. The newly remodeled interior boasts a chef's kitchen and adjoining dining space, which perfectly complements the expansive entertainer's deck set at the shoreline. The deck is wonderfully positioned for taking in panoramic views of the coast; it's also furnished for outdoor dining with additional seating around a gas firepit. Sliding glass doors connect the outdoor area to the interior living space, which boasts the same incredible views. The living room is furnished with a gas fireplace, a large flatscreen TV, and designer furnishings that include a queen sofa bed. The primary suite encompasses the entirety of the second floor, offering a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious en suite marble bathroom. The secondary suite is located on the first floor, furnished with a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The first floor also includes a full guest bathroom and an in-home washer/dryer.
