This magnificent rental enjoys an enviable vantage point with sprawling views of both the Pacific Ocean and sparkeling San Diego Bay. 270° views allow for world class sunrise and sunset from the patio. Downtown San Diego, Coronado Island, the coast of Mexico and a five mile stretch of beach are all in view. Dine al fresco style at sunset and be delighted but the twinkling lights from La Jolla to downtown San Diego. The fireworks from SeaWorld are directly across the bay so sit back during the weekends and or public holidays for your own ideal firework vantage point. The best seat in the house.In the summer from June 1 to September 6, and at Christmas time from the weekend before Christmas to New Year’s Day, the fireworks are a nightly treat (at the discretion of weather and local authorities). This beautifully updated home offers an open floor plan for the kitchen, dining area, and living room. These rooms have amazing 270-degree water views and are beautifully furnished with a gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and features top-of-the-line appliances, lots of counter space and is fully equipped with everything you need to create your favorite meals. The dining area has seating for eight with additional seats in the living area. Also on the patio, there is a large table to accommodate twelve for al fresco dining. The living room is beautifully furnished and has a large, flat-screen TV with DirecTV/cable and Google Chromecast with amazing views of the bay, ocean, and skyline. The remote-control gas fireplace is ideal for cozy evenings and turned on with the push of a button. The Primary bedroom has a king-size bed, incredible views, a walk-in closet (that can easily accommodate a crib or cot), an ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity. This bedroom also has access to the backyard patio and Jacuzzi area with sweeping water views. Close to the Primary bedroom is the first guest bedroom with a Queen size bed and down the hallway is the second guest bedroom that has 2 twin trundle beds that also convert into a King size bed. The fourth bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house, just past the living room, and has a Queen size, comfy futon bed and a door that leads out to the side of the house and the backyard area. This room can also be used as an office with a direct LAN connection available in a quiet section of the home. The three guest bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. While the interior is delightful its the outdoor area where you will enjoy spending most of your time. Comfortable lounge chairs, a large dining area, a hot tub spa, a fire pit table, a BBQ area, and seating for the entire area. Located high above Pacific Beach and La Jolla, this rental has great access to beaches, shops, freeways, The San Diego Zoo, Petco Park, Wild Animal Park, Legoland, Gaslamp, and all the other amazing venues San Diego has to offer. Interstate 5 is less than 5 minutes away, and the airport is 15 minutes from door to door. Parking: Driveway Parking for 3+ cars and plenty of on-street parking.
