This property features a lovely master bedroom with king size bed and a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and the second guest bedroom has a queen bed with a pull out sleeper sofa. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy other features like a living area with a flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, tile and hardwood floors. For your convenience, the home has a laundry area, complimentary high speed WiFi, beach equipment and more! You’ll enjoy spending as much time indoors as outdoors with a front fully enclosed patio featuring a Jacuzzi patio seating and back patio surrounded beautiful landscaping. Best of all, beach, parks, shops and restaurants are a short walk. MASTER BEDROOM & BATHROOM: The Master Bedroom features a King sized bed, fitted with luxury linens and pillows, and bedside tables with lamps and an alarm clock, surrounded by large windows boasting views of the yard and peek ocean view. All fine linens and pillows for each bed and towels for the bathroom are provided. The bathroom is an ensuite with barn door style entrance, features a double sink, large walk-in shower and even a heated towel rack – your towels will always be dry and cozy. GUEST BEDROOM: The Guest Bedroom features a Queen size bed, with nightstand and lamp and a convenient ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. GUEST BEDROOM 2: This guest bedroom features a Queen Size Bed and pullout sofa sleeper. LIVING ROOM FEATURES: This spacious room features a very comfy Sofa- one of which can also be converted into a Queen-sized bed- and coffee table, across from the entertainment center, under the large Flat Screen TV with Full Cable. Comfortable armchair and a wall full of windows allowing all the wonderful sunlight pour in.
