Built-in the 1920s, this immaculate vintage coastal townhome was rebuilt and remodeled with top-quality workmanship and materials and then detailed to perfection. Guests here will enjoy blue water views from nearly every room with the sound of the ocean as a backdrop. Enter the home through the charming Dutch door to a living room with rich hardwood plank flooring, contrasted against classic white wainscoting and trim. The charming living area features a plush sectional with a full-size fold-out bed, a cozy fireplace, and a 65" OLED smart TV. French doors lead to an enclosed private patio with seating, a built-in gas BBQ grill, and a table for Al Fresco dining with the sound of the waves crashing on the beach.
