A dining area for 6-8 - with slider access and beautiful views of the well-furnished spacious patio - accompanies the living room. A thoroughly modern kitchen with a kitchen bar for 2, all stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops provides a great space to meet all of your culinary needs.
There are 3 king bedrooms, two with en suite baths and one that shares a hallway bath with the 4th bedroom that has two twin trundle beds. This home comfortable sleeps 8 in beds, and of course all bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.
This home has cable and WI-FI, 2 parking spaces in the driveway, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.
This home is equipped with exterior surveillance as required by local city noise ordinance.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is one parking space in the driveway side-by-side, directly in front of the garage door.
