This Big Island vacation home has stunning outdoor features, including a bridge over a glistening koi pond. At the back of the villa, you will find a large heated pool and hot tub surrounded by natural rock. Another bridge leads across the pool to a gazebo complete with poolside chairs. After you are done swimming and sunning yourself, you can relax on the villa’s covered lanai. This outdoor living space features chaise lounges, a built-in barbecue, and a wet bar. Sit on one on of the cushioned lounge chairs, or gather for an alfresco meal at the outdoor dining table.
Large pocket doors lead from the outdoor living space inside to the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a double oven, a large center island, and bar seating. Guests can sit at the center island, or gather at the kitchen table with seats for six guests. The eight-seat dining table sits next to two floor-to-ceiling windows that look out on the outdoor living space. The living room, the central gathering place inside the villa, has a vaulted ceiling and easy access to the outdoor lanai. Guests can relax on the room’s two sofas and multiple armchairs while ocean breezes blow in from the open pocket doors.
