Hawaiian Elegance, a newly completed home in March 2024, is beautifully decorated by a renowned Hawaiian interior designer. Situated on a private one-acre lot, this 4,620-square-foot single-level residence offers privacy, space, and proximity to beaches and the ocean. With only 44 homes in the exclusive Kauna'oa community, tranquility and seclusion are guaranteed. Conveniently located near the ocean, between the Big Island’s best beaches, Mauna Kea Beach and Hapuna Beach, both within an easy ten-minute walk. Hapuna Beach was recently voted the #1 Beach in the USA, while Mauna Kea Beach is renowned as one of the world's best. Each beach boasts world-class hotel amenities including seven restaurants, oceanfront tennis & pickleball courts, and two golf courses. Accommodating up to ten guests, this spacious, elegant residence is thoughtfully equipped and designed for unforgettable stays. Each of the five large bedrooms and the den features a private lanai patio and a full private bath. Four of the bathrooms also include private outdoor showers. All bedrooms and the den are equipped with 65-inch TVs. Two of the en-suite bedrooms are separate O'hanas with their private entrance. Upon entering the courtyard through wooden gates and passing over the entrance water feature, relaxation begins. The great room welcomes vaulted ceilings and expansive pocket doors flooding the space with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere. The home interior is immaculately designed with beautiful wood trims and solid wood doors, embodying an elegant Hawaiian touch. The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, custom cabinetry, and sleek countertops. Whether preparing a gourmet meal or enjoying a casual breakfast at the spacious island counter, this kitchen is perfect for culinary adventures. A beautiful dining table offers an ideal setting for intimate dinners or festive gatherings with views of the lanai, large pool, and golf course beyond. The great room seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living spaces, creating a perfect setting for creating lasting memories and experiencing Hawaii's beauty. The living area offers comfort and elegance, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Screened pocket doors connect indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing gentle breezes to flow through the great room, and providing uninterrupted views of the lanai, pool, and golf course. Step outside onto the lanai to find a private oasis. Lounge beside the sparkling pool or unwind in the shade of the covered patio. The massive pool with an oversized spa accommodates family pool parties, offering plenty of morning laps and sun deck relaxation. As the day ends, enjoy breathtaking sunset views from the comfort of your backyard. The primary suite features a California King-size bed, an outdoor seating area, and a large private ensuite with a soaker tub and indoor/outdoor showers. Each of the four other large bedrooms includes a California King bed with a private ensuite; three bedrooms feature an outdoor shower. The den provides a private, comfortable space with a pull-out king-size American comfort sleeper sofa, 65-inch TV, desk, and chair, along with a full bathroom and large lanai overlooking the tropical courtyard. Directly across from Hawaiian Elegance is “The Club,” offering a private par 3 Weiskopf design practice course and other amenities. Guests enjoy complimentary use of the practice course and access to the Club's pool, spa, and fitness facility daily from 10am-2pm. Optional registration (additional costs apply) offers exclusive use of resort amenities and discounts on golf and tennis. Beyond the resort, the Big Island offers adventures and discoveries like Volcano National Park, ancient lava tubes, galleries, and historic towns.
