This rental is a spacious 3-bedroom home that sleeps eight. It is exquisitely furnished with two Master Suites, each with their own luxurious bath, and a third bedroom with its own luxurious bathroom just outside the door. This home is perfect for families or three couples looking to share a home while enjoying space, privacy, and near-equal-sized rooms and baths.
The first master has a king bed, access to the lanai, and stunning ocean views in the morning. The second master also has a king bed and an ocean view equal to the first master. Both masters have large ensuite baths with soaker tubs, high-end cabinets, and frameless glass showers. The third bedroom features two Twin XL beds that can be combined into a king with a gel topper, plus a queen sleeper sofa. This upholstered sleeper is from a high-end company called American Leather, known for making the best and most comfortable sleeper sofas with gel mattresses. There is a bath just outside the door that is as luxurious as the other two master baths.
The airy, open-concept main room includes a kitchen, dining area, great room, and a large covered lanai with a grill. The large dining room table comfortably accommodates eight people, with additional seating for three at the expansive kitchen island. The large lanai doors disappear into the wall, creating a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living.
The lanai features comfy chairs and couches for reading, a dining area with room for six, and an outdoor kitchen. It overlooks the Wai'ula'ula community with the expansive ocean as a backdrop.
The living room features a large 75-inch Ultra HD 4K TV.
This is at the end of a quiet court, yet only a short walk to the Wai'ula'ula gated community recreation center and pool. This recreation center boasts an infinity pool that is to die for, as well as a kids' pool. Lounge on loungers in the water, enjoy the hot tub spa, or cuddle up with your kids on one of the big orbital day beds. The recreation center also has a fitness center with stunning views of the pools and expansive Hawaii scenery.
Almost every guest takes this option, as it is a prime reason guests want to stay in the luxurious Resort. Mauna Kea Beach, possibly the nicest beach in all of Hawaii, has limited public spots that fill before 8 a.m. most mornings, so the ability to come and go to this beach and enjoy the amenities of two hotels makes this a must-have for most guests.

Within a 10-minute drive are three high-end shopping complexes: Queens Shops at Waikoloa, Kings Shops, and the Shops. Here you can find a supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
