This single-level 4-bedroom home is fully furnished with 4 Master Suites, each with a private ensuite bath. In the main home, the first bedroom features a king-size bed. The second and third bedrooms are equipped with two twin xl beds that can be joined to make a king with a gel mattress topper. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
This home is the model, one of only a few that features a stand-alone guest cottage. Detached from the home, this suite has a king bed and a washroom.
The house and guest cottage all have central AC.
The airy open-concept main floor includes a kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with an outdoor kitchen. The dining room table comfortably accommodates 8 people, plus another 8 at the lanai outdoor tables, or 2 at the expansive kitchen island. The home features a separate family room with a new large 70” UltraHD 4K TV for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun!
