The home is located within a private 20-acre community. There's a private walkway down through the valley to the beach cove and oceanfront pool area. It is accessed from a walkway through a grove filled w/ fruit trees--no streets to cross & just a 2-minute walk from the home.
Enjoy the saline, heated pool, and a sandy entrance to the beach with a freshwater shower and bathrooms. The beach is swimmable with appropriate conditions and there is a family of turtles that live in the cove that can be seen virtually every day. Fantastic!
