Villa #1 Located at the top of our grand staircase, the Villa #1 Penthouse is the entire second and third floors of the resort. This is a spacious 6-bedroom condominium suite with an open floor plan featuring high vaulted ceilings and large windows throughout allowing an abundance of natural light in. Large travel groups can gather in the living room, family room, and grand dining room. The penthouse sleeps up to 16 guests in 11 beds- five queen beds and 6 twin beds Guests have the option of reconfiguring the 6 twin beds into three king beds.
Four bedrooms located on the second level each have their own full bathrooms. Two sleeping areas are located on the third-level loft and share one full bathroom. Dine outside on the lanai with a gas grill or enjoy sunset Mai Tai’s from the third-level ocean view lanai. Each bedroom has two beach towels and each bathroom has two bath towels, two hand towels, and two face towels. One initial set of travel size Molton Brown of London shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion are provided in each bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a wine vault, pantry, glassware, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, baking trays, drip coffee maker, toaster, instant hot water boiler, rice cooker, blender, salt, pepper, and aluminum foil. Enjoy the conveniences of laundry in the suite with a stackable washer and dryer. Two twin-size rollaway beds are available for an additional fee per night plus tax per person to achieve the Penthouse’s maximum occupancy of 18 guests.
The Penthouse guests have access to the communal yoga studio, heated pool, Jacuzzi, poolside bbq gas grill, beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys.
Villa #2 – 3 bedrooms/2 baths – Sleeps 6: A cozy three bedroom, two bath condominium suite located on the ground floor with a private garden view lanai.
Two bedrooms are on the ground floor each with its own bathroom. One bedroom has a private entrance to the pool and jacuzzi. The spacious third bedroom is down a spiral staircase below ground level and has a separate entrance that leads to two full bathrooms located in a shared common area. Villa # 2's open floor plan has a remodeled kitchen with granite counter-tops, a dining room and a living room with a large flat-screen TV and DVD player, and a washer and dryer.
Villa # 3 – 3 bedrooms/2 baths – Sleeps 6: An end-unit located next to the pool and jacuzzi, Villa #3 has an identical floor plan as Villa #2. The open floor plan has a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, a living room, and a dining room with double dutch doors that open to the charming outdoor private lanai. Two bedrooms on the ground floor each have their own bathroom and one bedroom has a private entrance to the pool. The third bedroom is down a spiral staircase below ground level and has a separate entrance leading to two full bathrooms located in a shared common area. The Villa #3 has a remodeled kitchen with granite counter-tops, a dining room and living room with a large flat-screen TV and DVD player, and a washer and dryer.
Villa #4– 2 bedrooms/2 baths – Sleeps 4: A spacious two-bedroom, two-bath end-unit located on the ground floor, Villa #4 has a spacious kitchen with bar seating for two, a large dining area, and a living room with a large flat-screen TV and DVD player and a private garden view lanai.
