The private pool is located off the living & dining areas on the ocean facing lanai. There is a gas BBQ and outdoor shower just off the kitchen entrance, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach. A 2nd covered lanai overlooks the lush garden and is the perfect place to relax and read a book.
The home features 3 spacious bedrooms each with a private en suite bath. There is also a semi private sleeping loft.

Bedroom 3 (Loft): Two double beds are in a loft bedroom off Bedroom 2. They share the bathroom with bedroom 2.
Bedroom 4/Main floor Bedroom: Two Queen Beds with full attached bathroom.
