Complete with a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and convertible sofa for additional sleeping. The Master suite closes off perfectly from the living area. Boasting floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that provide access to a private lanai. Drift off to sleep in the cozy King bed. The master suite also has a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and ensuite bath. The guest suite encompasses the Hawaiian feel with its décor. Complete with king bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and full ensuite bath. This beautiful condo offers central AC to keep cool year-round. Coin-operated laundry room located on each floor allows for lighter packing. This unit is a sprawling oceanfront resort. For your enjoyment, there are 2 pools, Hot Tub, Gas BBQ area, Putting Green, Volley Ball Court, Sauna, and two Shuffle Boards. Public tennis courts are adjacent to the property. Great location in North Kihei, grocery stores, and dining within mins. We have added very detailed cleaning checklists and have also implemented dual disinfecting procedures that include cleaning ALL high-touch surfaces and following up with an EPA registered disinfectant. We have then added a 2nd spray of the EPA disinfectant prior to guest arrival on doorknobs, handles, remotes, and switches. All of our properties have a keyless entry for contactless arrival and departure. We are requiring all staff and cleaners to wear masks and gloves.
