While the bedrooms provide ample space, please consider that the interior is primarily focused on outdoor living. The middle level, accessible through a separate entrance, features three bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms boast king beds, while the third bedroom offers 2 bunk beds, providing 4 single beds. All bathrooms feature showers, and one includes a tub.
Throughout the house, each room is equipped with a TV, with the living room enjoying premium cable service and internet access. Central air conditioning and individually controlled diffusers in every room ensure optimal comfort. Step outside onto the covered, wrap-around lanai spanning approximately 1,000 square feet. Prepare meals in the full kitchen or enjoy the primary cooking and dining area on the lanai, where a barbecue area awaits downstairs. Embrace the magnificent views of the mountains and ocean, potentially spotting whales during the season. Thanks to the area's proximity to the water, you can relish bug-free evenings and the gentle rhythm of rain. Privacy is guaranteed by the 6-foot rock wall surrounding the property, along with the automatic gate on the driveway.

Three parking spaces, two of which are covered, are available. Street parking is not permitted at any time. The house operates entirely on solar power, supported by a large Tesla battery system.
