An additional half bathroom and a full laundry room will assure your vacationing comfort. Each bedroom has a full length mirror on the back of the door, all bathrooms feature a multi-nozzle shower, and one of the bathrooms features a tub. We include free High Speed internet and a printer in the villa for your convenience.
The living area is beautifully furnished and features a 65" flat screen tv and doors to the lower lanai lead out to the private, tropical garden space. Take the spiral staircase to the second floor and step into the upper level living space home to the gorgeous gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops and beautifully finished wood cabinetry, a Subzero fridge, a Bosch dishwasher, a Keurig, Nespresso and a traditional coffee maker.The Villa has central AC and motorized blinds make it easy to dim the natural light and create a darker atmosphere. Upstairs you'll also find the additional half bath, which is beside the kitchen. To the left of the living space, you'll find the second Master, which features a partial ocean view, a TV, and an exquisite master bath.
The courtyard is completely private, with gated parking with 8 parking spaces, electronic gates to enter into the courtyard, and surveillance cameras for your safety and security. Within the courtyard is a saltwater pool, a grill, and several poolside lounge chairs. This is a fantastic place to relax just 20 yards of the beach! And, to make your life easier, your unit is supplied with beach chairs, a beach cooler, and beach umbrellas.
