The estate offers 8 one-bedroom villas and 1 two-bedroom villa. We also have available an additional three, 3-bedroom Villas on the property if you need more space for your group. Our prime location is across the street from the Cove Beach Park, Maui’s popular surf spot where guests can mingle with locals, take surf lessons or body surf in small waves. Experience an older Hawaiian style charm with a modern twist in this newly remodeled estate that was originally built in the 1950s as beach bungalows. Each of the nine villas offers 600 to 800 square feet of living space and features ocean and garden views. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable king bed, a living room with a full-size pullout couch and a 55" flat-screen TV, a new split A/C system, high-speed Wi-Fi, a full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, ocean or garden view, a covered lanai and private gated parking conveniently located next to each villa front door.
Each of the one-bedroom villas sleeps up to 3 adults - 2 guests on a King bed that can also be reconfigured into 2 twin beds upon request. The full-size sofa bed in each living room comfortably sleeps 1 adult or 2 small children. The two bedrooms, the two-bath villa sleeps up to 4 adults and has 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. The king beds can be reconfigured into two twin beds upon request.
Each villa offers a fully equipped kitchen stocked with full-size appliances and everything needed to cook up a full course meal (such as blenders, toasters, coffee makers, instant hot water heaters, Tupperware, dishes, cookware, wine glasses, baking sheets, utensils, aluminum foil, etc...). Each villa's dining area seats up to 4 guests.
