This villa is located in building 25 on the lower Ocean Front row of the Villa complex. It has undergone many interior upgrades overseen by Pro One Inc known for their custom, 'Platinum' level designs.
This unit is a 1 bedroom villa that has approximately 1,118 square feet of living space including the 125 sq ft added when one of the balconies in the master bedroom was enclosed to the interior. The outside patio area or lanai is an additional 379 sq ft. This is an End Unit with the entrance on the ground floor with new bamboo cabinets and custom granite countertops in the remodeled kitchen.
