Your Maui vacation home is nestled on the ground floor of a two-story townhouse and is situated on 9 lush tropical acres with 2 pools, tennis court, basketball, and 3 barbecue areas - one located on the water for sunset grilling. This oceanfront promenade is also equipped with lounge chairs and picnic tables providing a wonderful place to enjoy your favorite beverage or meal while watching flaming sunsets, sea turtles, and humpback whales. Located just North of the property is Napili and Kapalua Bay two of our favorite places on the island to snorkel and swim. Beach chairs and umbrella are supplied in the front entrance storage locker. Across the street and a three-minute walk to the north or south you will find uncrowded beaches, great for walking, shell hunting, surfing, and swimming. Directly out your front door and across the street is sandy ocean access for a quick dip or to launch your paddleboards.
This beautiful little Maui home is also just a short drive to world-class golf courses, the restaurants, resorts, and spas of Kaanapali, Kapalua, and the Historic town of Lahaina with its treasure trove of shops, restaurants, and galleries. Want something quick and convenient, just walk down or around the block to enjoy several restaurants, espresso coffee shops, and fast food.
