Welcome to your ultimate vacation retreat at This Villas. This ocean-view condo underwent a fresh renovation in February 2024, offering a seamless blend of luxury and comfort. Step into your beautifully appointed Hawaiian getaway, adorned with fresh art and decor that exudes relaxation and sophistication. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, The Villas provide ample space for you and your loved ones to enjoy throughout your stay. After days spent at the beach or exploring the island, retreat to one of the thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each offering plush bedding and tranquil surroundings for restful nights. Prepare gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space, and dine al fresco on the private main lanai as you soak in breathtaking views of the Pacific. During your stay, take advantage of the myriad on-site amenities, as well as close proximity to pristine beaches, championship golf courses, and world-class dining options. Whether you're lounging by the pool or immersing yourself in the natural beauty of Maui, your stay at The Villas promises unforgettable memories. Please note: a unit will undergo renovations starting March 1st, 2024, with an estimated completion date in the first week of June. The villas are positioned at a comfortable distance from each other, minimizing noise disruption during the project. Work will be limited to weekdays between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, with quieter tasks on Saturdays and no work on Sundays or holidays. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. The Villas are located near three of the top State of Hawaii beaches, which you'll find just a short walk from your villa. One of these beaches, Kapalua Bay, has won numerous awards for excellence, including "Best Beach in the World" by Dr. Beach and “Best Beach in the US” by Conde Nast. Kapalua Resort is a “low-impact” resort, offering guests near-endless activities without the large crowds, traffic, and noise. Guests will enjoy two golf courses, including the PGA's Plantation Course and The Bay Course, both offering majestic views. Resort Highlights: Access to a complimentary door-to-door resort shuttle Two heated swimming pools with gas grills and lounge chairs, bathrooms, and showers.
