There are two Master Suites on the Third Floor with it’s own bathrooms and sliding door entry that shares a covered lanai with its own outdoor furniture. It also features open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living room that leads to the huge covered lanai space that includes a wet bar and two more outdoor dining tables and outdoor furniture with a grill. At the center of the home is an open stairwell that leads downstairs to the two Guest bedrooms, one that has a queen size bed and the other with two twin beds that can convert to a king size bed. These guest bedrooms share a bathroom with its own entryway, an uncovered lanai, and another entry/exit to the home.
The beach is a short hike or drive downhill that is nearly secluded.
