The upstairs bedroom above the garage has a separate entrance, a Cal King bed, private bathroom, wet bar with a mini fridge, and a coffee maker.
The 2-bedroom detached Ohana has 1 bathroom, a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. The sitting area has large sliding glass doors that open up to its own lanai with a view of the ocean.
Bedroom 1 has a King bed, with sliding glass doors that open to the courtyard. Bedroom two has 2 twin beds that can be made into a king as needed with a sliding glass door that opens to the courtyard.

The master suite with a fireplace is situated at the North Wing, two ensuite guest rooms are located on the South Wing.
