The lanai of this condo does not have an ocean view and overlooks the private driveway to building 2. The unit just got AC in May 2022 and is well-maintained. Located just a few yards from the water, you'll appreciate the sound of waves crashing along the shoreline and feel the cool ocean breezes.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates.
