This adorable penthouse is set on the top floor just above the garden atrium and the tranquil pond and waterfalls offering a lovely vantage point From your private lanai, enjoy soothing trickling water with the sounds of the ocean in the background. Dine al fresco amongst the beautiful natural greenery. Peek-a-boo ocean views can be witnessed when foliage is less full. This home was tastefully remodeled in 2018 with granite counters, cherry cabinets, stainless appliances, freshly tiled shower, and floors, and new hardwoods in the living area. Decorative updates added in 2022. The kitchen is fully equipped for the home chef to be able to whip up breakfast, lunch, and dinner at home if you so desire. Supplies include major appliances, blender, rice cooker, coffee maker, K-cup coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils. The onsite, oceanfront pool is perfect for sunbathing or an afternoon dip to cool off.
