Baywatch is a charming seaside 3-bedroom villa with a 2-bedroom cottage. The three bedroom main villa interior features a serene blue and white décor, with colorful accents and an an L-shaped veranda for casual breakfasts and poolside lunch or dinners. Relax on the ocean view porch in one of the hammocks and watch the kids play in the pool just to the side of the villa. Two bedrooms in the main villa have a king beds and the third bedroom has one queen bed. All bedrooms have A/C and ceiling fans. The ocean views from the main house living room, patio or poolside make this villa a real tropical getaway!! Baywatch has a large modern kitchen with all appliances and a dining area just off the living room for another choice of dining areas. The Cottage has a cozy front porch and a small living area as you enter. There are two bedrooms and two bath + a loft sleeping area. Lots of windows allow natural light to flow in during the beautiful sunny Jamaican days! The cottage has a vaulted ceilings in both bedrooms and a cozy loft perfect for pre-teens - a great additional for extended family. You will really enjoy the gardens that are lovingly taken care of by the gardener for Baywatch! Ask and I am sure he will take you around and show you the flowers and plants on the villa grounds. Amenities include: *private swimming pool with a shallow end for the children *40 inch flat screen Smart TV with cable & Netflix (replaced by a 60 inch by end of March 2019) *DVD player CD player *telephone *crib and high chair *shared sea kayaks and boogie boards *Baywatch has wireless Internet service The staff to cater to your needs is a cook, housekeeper / laundress & houseman. Ideally located between the active resort towns of Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, in Runaway Bay. Several attractions and activities are easily accessible: The Runway Bay Golf Course are within a five minute walk ... scuba diving, horseback riding and additional water sports are close by - ask the staff and they will direct to the Beach Bar and Cafe within a 5 minute drive west of the villa. Closer to Ocho Rios is the famous Dunn's River Falls, Swimming with the dolphins, rafting and tubing on the White River, exploring the Green Grotto Caves, shopping and dining in Ocho Rios. Ocho Rios is a 25 minute drive.
