Boasting 6,300 square feet of luxury living spaces anchored by rich polished marble floors and furnished with both style and and comfort in mind. The grounds are stunning dotted with mango, guava, banana, plantain, lime, soursop, apple, and papaya trees. Upon entering the home you will be awed by the waterfall garden as you approach the spacious Great Room which opens to an 86' furnished verandah where your butler will serve dinner and pre dinner cocktails. The beautifully furnished verandah overlooks two acres of landscaped grounds and the romantic waterfront gazebo allows for dining by candlelight. On calm nights, two or three local fishermen may ease through the water beyond the gazebo carrying torches and laying nets for the fresh catch they will deliver to your chef the next morning. The overall ambiance is quite beautiful. Two large master suites are privately located in a wing on the east end of the villa. Two smaller bedrooms are beyond the living room on the west end of the villa. The fifth, sixth & seventh bedrooms are in the Beach Cottage and each bedroom is air-conditioned. The state-of-the-art kitchen in the main house includes a 6-burner Vulcan gas stove, microwave, and double fridge with an ice maker. Your professional chef will prepare cuisines including Italian, Spanish and Jamaican. He received his formal training in Italy and has been Head Chef at several of Montego Bay's finest dining establishments. A herb garden is steps from the kitchen and provides the Chef with fresh herbs and vegetables for your meals. His fresh kale and spinach soup can be a healthy and delicious way to start one of your dinners. There is a large living room and dining room in the main villa. The beachfront cottage has a master bedroom upstairs with a "second story" private cobblestone veranda just steps from your bed, and a large en-suite marble bath with an oversize walk-in shower. On the ground level of this cottage, there is a 2nd smaller bedroom along with a living room with Sat. TV and sound system, a full kitchen with microwave, and a beachfront terrace. There is a powder room on the ground level of the cottage. Not to be forgotten is a private beachside dining gazebo, also just steps from your, newly enlarged freshwater swimming pool. The owner provides two sea kayaks for your enjoyment! Accommodations Master Bedroom 1 King size 4-poster bed. Flat-screen cable television. 4 pairs of mahogany French doors to the veranda. The modern en-suite bathroom features a handsome gray and tan tile open shower with twin rainforest shower jets. Just steps from the pool. Master Bedroom 2 King size bed. 400-square-foot suite with flat-screen cable television. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub plus a separate walk-in shower. French doors open to a private furnished veranda. 3 steps down and path to pool, gazebo, and beach. Bedroom 3 Optional king-size or twin beds. en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, and wonderful second very private shower in the outdoor walled garden. French doors open from the bedroom to the veranda. Bedroom 4 Optional king-size or twin beds; en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. French doors to private patio, grounds, and, tennis court. Beach Cottage Bedrooms 5 & 6 Designed as the owners’ private quarters, this is an exquisite 2-story cottage right next to the sea. Downstairs are the living room, kitchen with microwave, VCR and cable television, sound system, small extra bedroom with queen size bed, hall bathroom, and walk-in shower. The lower level opens to a private terrace on the edge of the beach where meals are served if only the Beach Cottage is occupied. (If more than two guests are in residence, all meals are served on the main house veranda, although eye-opener coffee and fruit may be served at the Beach Cottage.) Upstairs are the king-size bedroom, an over-the-beach balcony with lounges for sunning or star-gazing, and a large en-suite marble bath with an oversize walk-in shower. Bedroom 7 A new bedroom with bunk beds has been added to the Beach Cottage. The new room connects the upstairs to the Master Bedroom in the Cottage and provides another convenient parent-child suite. Your stay includes membership to the Tryall Club. After paying the Temporary Membership Fee, members may use most Club facilities at no charge with the exception of the tennis shop, ball boys, bar & restaurant, spa, grocery, motorized water sports, nanny services, and golf.
