The main home is a single-level three-bedroom house, while there is an additional fourth bedroom in the charming guest cottage. The main home features a bright and open floorplan that includes a kitchen, dining area, and living space. The entire area is bathed in natural light and offers extraordinary views of the Gros Ventre Mountain range, the iconic Sleeping Indian Mountain, and Fish Creek as it winds through the valley below. The living space is furnished with cozy sofas and chairs, facing a massive stone fireplace. This living area is perfect for activities such as board games or movie nights or just a quiet evening. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality Thermador appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar. It is a welcoming space for residents and their friends or family to enjoy. Additionally, there is a gracious mudroom that provides ample space for guests to store their gear. The master suite in the main home is furnished with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and double vanity bathroom with access to the southern patio, which includes an outdoor fireplace. On the northern end of the home, there is a Junior Master bedroom with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has access to a nearby ensuite bathroom. The separate guest cabin offers a king-size bed and a private deck that overlooks the Teton Range, Gros Ventre Mountains, and Sleeping Indian. Please note that the guest cabin does not have its own bathroom. Conveniently located just a mile away from the charming town of Wilson, where you can find various amenities such as Nora's Fish Creek Inn restaurant, Hungry Jacks mercantile and grocery store, the legendary Stagecoach bar, Street Food restaurant, Wilson Pizzeria, Pearl Street Bagels, the Wilson Post Office, and more. The property is also situated at the bottom of Teton Pass, making it a convenient stopover on the way to the town of Jackson and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Despite its accessibility, the location offers privacy in a wilderness setting, with abundant wildlife and easy access to the surrounding valley.
