This beautifully designed modern industrial ranch-style home is nestled on 3.5 acres of private land in Wilson, WY. Adjacent to protected open space in the Schofield Patent subdivision, this 5,700-square-foot, two-story main house includes access to a detached 2-bedroom guest house. Separated by a glass breezeway, the home is configured into two distinct wings with floor-to-ceiling windows providing expansive views of the renowned Teton mountain range and the Grand Teton. This architecturally designed home considers every detail, creating the perfect environment for guests to relax after a day of adventure. The main house features 4 bedroom suites, while the guest house provides an additional 2 bedrooms. An attached garage and separate storage barn are on the premises but are not available for guest use. The spacious foyer opens to a great room with a living and dining area and a gourmet kitchen at the end of the space. A large mudroom with custom-built storage cubbies and benches is just off the entry. The dining area, with seating for 10, divides the living space from the kitchen, which features a beautifully honed wood countertop on a large island, a top-of-the-line 6-burner gas cooktop, and a prep sink. Additional casual seating is tucked under the kitchen counter. The spacious walk-in pantry includes a sculpted metal wine rack and a wine fridge. The kitchen's GE Monogram appliances include a 6-burner gas cooktop, a convection oven, a regular oven, a warming drawer, beverage drawers, a microwave drawer, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher drawer for smaller loads. The eastern wing of the home features a comfortable family/TV room downstairs, a bunk room with four twin beds and a bathroom, and access to the eastern side of the yard. The main floor bedroom/office is locked and unavailable for guest use. A half bath is conveniently located nearby. Upstairs, guests will find two identically sized rooms, each with a queen bed and en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom with a king bed offers a private bathroom with a jetted tub, a luxurious walk-in shower with a waterfall shower head, and a gas fireplace. The laundry room is located upstairs for convenience. The guest house includes two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a captain's bunk bed plus an additional twin. Both bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Features include "Nest" controlled heated floors, a stack washer and dryer, and a cozy living space with a small, well-equipped kitchen. The home's entertaining space is extended with well-planned patios. The large north-facing patio adjoining the great room in the main house includes an outdoor dining area with a fireplace, opening onto an expansive lawn with a fire cauldron and seating arrangement. The east-facing patio off the guest house also opens onto the manicured lawn and features a second fire cauldron with seating. The central location puts the home just a few minutes from Wilson, where Nora's Fish Creek Inn offers famous breakfasts. The southern entrance to Grand Teton National Park and downtown Jackson are both just a 10-minute drive. The new Wilson Bike Path is only one block away, providing a beautiful short ride into Wilson, The Aspens, and the Snake River!
