This 3325 square foot, 2 level Homestead property features custom furnishings in a spacious, open floor plan. It is located within a 5 minute walk to the slopes of Jackson Hole Mountain resort. You'll find a large center stone fireplace in the comfortable living room, which opens onto the dining area with two tables seating a total of 8, and a gourmet kitchen with high end appliances and granite breakfast bar that seats an additional 4. You can walk out to the deck to grill (electric) and dine in the summer or soak in the private hot tub. On this main floor there are two luxurious guests suites featuring a welcoming western ambiance. The first is a queen bedroom with a ensuite full bath. The second is a large king master bedroom suite with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower in the large private bath. On the lower level you'll find a queen plus single bedroom and a private full bath. The large bunk room with attached bath has a queen bed and a set of bunks for an additional 4 people. The family room boasts a large flat screen TV and foosball table, making it a fun gathering area for kids of all ages. There is an attached garage and mudroom for ski and sports equipment, making this a practical, as well as beautiful residence for extended family groups. This property is within walking distance to a surface lift located at the top of Arrowhead Road, offering convenient access to the slopes at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Parking available for a maximum of three vehicles; one space is inside the garage and the other two are directly outside the garage door. In winter, 4 WD vehicles are recommended due to the grade of the driveway. Motorcycles, trailers and RV's are not allowed in Granite Ridge. In summer, you’re within walking distance to a wide variety of activities in Teton Village. Your family and friends will keep busy in the Grand Adventure Park learning the ropes course, bouncing around on the bungee trampoline, and taking a shot at the climbing wall. You can also enjoy hiking the on-site trails spilling over with beautiful wildflowers, testing your mountain biking skills on lift accessed trails of all ability levels, taking a guided tour of the Via Ferrata climbing routes, and trying out the disc golf. Riding the “Big Red” tram to the top of Rendezvous Mountain for 360-degree views of the Tetons and splendor of the valley spread out below you is a must. Pop into Corbet’s Cabin at the top of the tram for their famous homemade waffles. Take a selfie on the tram dock! For a change of pace, take a short 15-minute scenic drive past open ranchland with grazing cows and horses into the historic town of Jackson. Snap some photos beneath the famous elk antler arches on the Town Square, stroll along the old-time wooden boardwalks surrounding the Square, and stop into one of the many art galleries featuring Western art and sculptures from world renowned local artists. Taste one (or two!) of the many delicious homemade ice cream flavors at Moo’s Gourmet Ice Cream while you relax on a wooden bench in the park. Explore the shops filled with unique handicrafts, clothing and gifts, many of them made by wonderfully talented local artisans.
