The tastefully appointed living room, with vaulted ceiling, has unparalleled, unobstructed, panoramic views of the mountain and valley with wood burning fireplace. All glass sliders from the living room lead to an outside deck with grill and chairs. In the living area and bedrooms, you will find new Smart TVs. New carpeting has been installed in throughout the condo. The remodeled kitchen has high-end cabinets and marble countertops along with new appliances. The dining room features an updated dining table with seating for six. The unit has a washer and dryer, and ample storage area within the unit and additional outdoor lockable storage for skis etc. *Complimentary access to club hot tubs and pool across the street. Sundance is open Memorial Day through early-October and again from late-November through early April.
