The kitchen, living, and dining areas give you ample space to spread out but also the ability to spend time in the same living area. Walk out on your private deck to take in the views and enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Rest your head in one of the 2 King bedrooms. Let the kids have their own space in the loft with 2 Queen beds! Enjoy the many amenities such as 2 TV's, Sonos stereo, and Firewood included. You will have access to the Sundance Club Membership which includes access to the heated pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Since the Moose Creek Lift is less than a five-minute walk and the shuttle runs near the property during the day there’s no need to stress about skiing logistics. As a note the parking is limited to no more than 2 vehicles and this property does not have AC. * This home has "mountain air conditioning", meaning NO Central A/C, in the warmer months we recommend opening all windows in the evening, just after the sun has gone behind the mountains. Let cool air fill the house, then close windows & blinds just after sunrise. Their cool breezes keep the room pleasant.
