Entering the living area, you'll find the dining space to the left, accommodating up to eight guests at the table, with additional breakfast bar seating for three at the kitchen pass-through. The living area boasts a large sectional and chairs, a gas-burning fireplace, and a big-screen Smart TV. Beyond the living space, the private balcony offers scenic views of the eastern mountains, including the Sleeping Indian. The two private bedrooms adjacent to the main living area offer luxurious accommodations. The master bedroom features a King-sized bed, gas fireplace, en-suite bathroom with jetted soaking tub and enclosed shower, and access to the front balcony with mountain views. The guest bedroom includes a King bed, convertible into two Twin beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A stairwell in the hallway leads to the loft, where a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa, additional seating, dresser, and TV provide a cozy retreat. A half bathroom is also in the loft, one of two in the condo. Additional amenities include a ski boot/glove warmer, large-capacity washer and dryer, central air conditioning, and a powder room off the mudroom. Parking is available for one vehicle in the underground garage, which also houses private ski lockers and an elevator to the fourth floor. Trash and recycling facilities are located in the garage area. In winter, four-wheel-drive vehicles are recommended for the best access.
