On the main floor, cathedral ceilings and large windows offer picturesque views of the outdoors. Gather around the large stone fireplace for group gatherings, creating the perfect ambiance. The open kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with three barstools, complemented by a spacious dining area with seating for six. Step out onto the patio for outdoor grilling and lounging, with direct access to hiking or ski trails. The primary bedroom, located off the kitchen, features a queen bed and a large ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a large tub, and a shower. The third bedroom, off the living room, offers another queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub, facing the mountain for stunning views. Please note that this unit is for lodging only and prohibits gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy. Additionally, access to the Sundance Tennis and Swim Club and garage is not available with this property. Mountain weather can be variable and unpredictable, affecting resort conditions and ski access based on snow and weather conditions.
