Upon entry, bright and comfortable furnishings welcome you to the inviting living area with plenty of room to gather. The dining area, situated between the living room and kitchen, offers views of the backyard lagoon for sunlight and bird watching. The dining table seats eight comfortably and opens to the main areas of the home. There's even a screened porch for you to enjoy! The fully equipped kitchen, complete with upgraded appliances and new countertops, is adjacent to the dining area. A convenient powder room is off the living room. Next to the front door is one of the master bedrooms with a private bathroom and queen-size bed, overlooking the front of the home. Upstairs, the master suite features a queen bed, a private deck overlooking the large lagoon, and a full bath with a shower and separate tub. Two additional upstairs bedrooms include one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds, sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The property includes a covered garage for two cars and an outdoor shower for post-beach and pool trips. You and your family will love it!
