Spend leisurely afternoons lounging by the private pool on the deck, or enjoy evenings grilling dining, and bonding with loved ones on the numerous porches and patios. Its prime location adds to its appeal, just a quick 3-minute stroll to the beach or a simple two-block walk to the grocery store and local restaurants. The bedrooms boast ample closet space and storage, while the kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with high-end appliances, a 6-burner gas range, custom quartz countertops, and an array of cookware, dining, and glassware. Stainless steel appliances and elegant quartz counters enhance the kitchen's allure. An open layout connects the kitchen to the dining area, which seats 10 guests comfortably. Additionally, an expansive kitchen island accommodates 4 bar stools for extra dining options. Step onto the covered deck from the kitchen/dining area, featuring a long table for up to 12 guests and an outdoor sectional sofa overlooking the backyard. The pool, ranging from 3 to 5 feet deep, offers 6 lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water allows for a refreshing rinse after returning from the beach. BBQ enthusiasts will appreciate the Weber gas grill and picnic table conveniently located under the porch area by the pool deck. Please note: the pool is covered from October 10th to March 4th each year and cannot be heated. Parking is available for 2 cars under the house and an additional 4 cars in the driveway, totaling 6 cars. The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, while Historic Charleston is a short 25-minute drive from the house. For added entertainment, enjoy a game of ping pong in the garage or utilize the provided Rolls Royce of Beach Buggies (large soft tires for sand), equipped with 8 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, and ample storage for beach essentials. Elevator service is provided with a modern gateless door servicing all 3 levels. The house complies with all safety standards for rental homes. Smart TVs with streaming access are available in the living room areas (no cable).
