The first floor is designed for relaxation and easy living with an open floor plan that includes the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring granite countertops, double ovens, and a gas range cooktop on the island. The spacious living room is filled with natural light and opens to the front porch, creating a welcoming space for family and friends. The first of two bedrooms on this floor is equipped with a king bed, private bath with a walk-in shower, and access to the porch with pool views. The second bedroom has two built-in single bunk beds, a private bath with a tub/shower combo, and porch access. On the second floor, you’ll find three more luxurious bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The master suite is a true retreat, featuring a four-poster king bed, access to the large front porch with stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway, and a private bath with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. Down the hall are two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and private bath with a walk-in shower, and the other with two twin beds and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The third floor features a spiral staircase leading up to a wet bar and a large widow’s walk rooftop deck. This space is perfect for sunbathing by day and enjoying breathtaking sunset views of Hamlin Creek, the Intracoastal Waterway, and the Atlantic Ocean. The home’s private, fenced-in backyard is a dream for outdoor entertaining, with a sparkling in-ground pool and hot tub (heated for a fee). Elevator access is granted to our guests that need it for health or mobility reasons. Children are not allowed to ride in the elevator alone, unsupervised or play/jump in the elevator at any time. As with all mechanical equipment, occasionally problems arise with the elevator. Should issues occur, we will make every effort to repair the elevator as quickly as possible. However, we will not be held liable for any loss of use due to mechanical difficulties, malfunction or down time while the elevator is being repaired or waiting to be repaired. The elevator is not considered part of the home rental. Rental monies will not be refunded due to the elevator not working properly during your stay.
