The floor plan is truly unique. The lower level features an open floor plan with a spacious living room, dining area and kitchen with updated appliances. One of two master suites is located on the first level and features a king bed. A long Charleston porch runs nearly the length of the first level plus the master bedroom features a sunroom overlooking a beautiful yard and the paved beach path. The second level features the second master bedroom, also with a king bed and sunroom. A bonus room is perfect for the kids! It is split into two sections. The first section features a twin bed and queen bed, with the second section highlighted with two sets of bunk beds (four twins). A bonus twin bed is located in the sunroom.
