This rental is a spectacular ocean front home that has been recently remodeled. The renovations include new wood-look porcelain tile and new paint throughout the villa, upgraded TV’s, new showers in master suite and first floor, and a completely remodeled kitchen and living area. The interior is gorgeous, but the real attraction is the unobstructed views of the beach from the 1st floor screened porch and 2nd floor Master Bedroom and private balcony! Enjoy a sunrise breakfast or sunset dinner on the porch, with refreshing salt air, cool ocean breezes and the peaceful sound of the surf. Or evening cocktails on the open air balcony with panoramic views up and down the beach. The balcony is also perfect for stargazing at night (telescope provided!).
It’s only a few steps out the front door to the beach access path. Tidal pools that form at low tide in front of our villa are a child’s paradise! You can also access the beach out the back door, through the private swimming pool area that is for the exclusive use of guests staying.
The first level features a bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room, and the spectacular screened porch. Our fully stocked chef’s kitchen, with all appliances, cutlery, and serving utensils, is ready to serve up family favorites! Upstairs, our home features two bedrooms each with a private bath. You may find it difficult to leave the master bedroom as you enjoy the ocean views and sounds out the large sliding doors leading to the balcony!
