This charming Charleston style home is just 150 yards to beach access. With just a short stroll to shopping, dining, and entertainment this is one of the most desired locations on Isle of Palms! The home features a reverse floor plan with 4 bedrooms all having their own full en-suite bathroom, two screened porches, and a private 20' by 15' pool in the center of a spacious sun-drenched deck, complete with a private gated garden. Beautiful wood floors cover the spacious open concept living and dining area which includes a breakfast bar for 5, formal dining table for 8, and a 65" flat screen television with additional seating for 8.
