The living room consists of generous, comfortable seating, large TV, and gas fireplace. The kitchen will attract everyone- enjoying gathering around for meal preparation! The large island offers seating for 4 along with a convection cook top. The kitchen has a refrigerator, ice maker, double wall ovens, 2 microwaves and dishwashers. There is even a second refrigerator in the pantry around the corner! The dining room consists of a table with seating for 8 and a separate round table for 4.
There are 2 guest bedrooms on the first floor, each with a queen bed, private bath with tub/ shower combo and access to the first floor front porch. An oceanfront media room, with a sleeper sofa, porch access and another large TV has it's own full bathroom too.
The second floor features 6 more bedrooms. The primary suite, with oceanfront deck access and King bed, offers a TV, gas fireplace and private primary bath with a whirlpool tub and walk-in, separate shower, and private water closet. Two guest bedrooms on this floor are oceanfront too, have a King bed, a Twin sleeper chair or daybed, TV's and beautiful Atlantic views! Each has direct access to the 2nd floor porch and a private full bath with tub/shower combo. Two street side guest bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with a King bed have private access to the 2nd floor front porch, and private full baths with tub/shower combo. The last guest bedroom, has a bunk bed with a Twin upper and a Double lower, access to the 2nd floor front porch and a full bath with a tub/shower combo and pedestal sink.
For added convenience, there is a laundry room/ closet on each floor and the elevator goes from the garage level to both living floors!
