Property Overview

This Isle of Palms vacation home presents an option for those wanting to stay in a Privately Owned and Professionally Managed vacation property. This rental enjoys 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms as well as an excellent location.

Property Features

From the moment you enter the property, you are greeted by this lovely natural environment. Live oaks make the perfect location for Lowcountry style family photos and the expansive decking makes for great entertaining and relaxing. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With windows everywhere, you feel at peace immediately. The first bedroom, straight down the foyer, has a King bed, TV, & fireplace. Bright and airy, sliders lead you to the backyard decking with Peek a boo ocean views. To the right of the foyer hallway is a bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds & a TV. Across the hall is a Full Bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a King bed, TV, slider door access to deck & en suite bathroom with a shower. Walking up the stairs to the second floor, you immediately see the natural light & view from the cathedral ceilings and mostly glass wall. Utilizing a reverse floor plan, the living space has comfortable seating to enjoy the fireplace, Large TV or the ocean view. You can access the second floor deck from the 3 sliders. The living room is open to the dining room with a separate entrance to the screened in porch for additional dining. There is a gas grill for your cooking convenience. The kitchen has been newly reconditioned with a modern & clean look - stainless steel appliances, flat cooktop, wall microwave/ convection oven, wall oven, wine cooler & convenient pantry. Need extra ice no problem, the refrigerator features an ice drawer and a counter top ice machine makes another 10 lbs of ice. Two bedrooms, half bath, laundry closet with double washer and dryer sets and work station round out the rest of the second floor. To the north of the living room, up a few steps is the work station & the 4th & 5th bedrooms. This bedroom has a Full bed & TV. The 5th bedroom, northward facing, for partial ocean views to wake up to, has a King bed, TV & a private ocean view observation deck. You will feel like you are in a tree house from the elevated private deck. There is a large bathroom with a two person, duel head shower, vessel soaker tub and separate vanities. This bathroom is shared with the 4th bedroom that is next door. Bonus Room! Above the separate garage is a brand new game room. A kitchenette, pull out queen sofa, ping pong table, & TV, make this the absolute perfect spot for fun & games! Home is on a cul de sac, parking for 3 cars in driveway and 2 in the garage . Street parking is prohibited. Beach Access is a beautiful shaded path and No Crossing any Streets on your short 500 feet walk to the beach. Use your provided beach wagon to bring your choice of beach fun amenities to the beach with you such as soccer, football, badminton and much more!
