The middle bedroom has a bunk bed, double on the bottom and twin on the top, a stand alone twin bed, and a private bathroom with a tub/ shower combo. The den may also use this bathroom with convenient access. The third bedroom is the first floor primary. It has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The room has access to the wrap around deck on this floor that also provides access to the back yard swimming pool. There is a den with a wet bar, fireplace and a sleeper sofa as well. The den has French doors leading to the first floor deck and pool area too. The elevator access for the first floor is in the hallway. The backyard has a wonderful pool with chaise loungers to enjoy the sun and separate covered seating areas. There is an outdoor shower and a gas grill for your convenience.
