Welcome to your three-story vacation getaway in the secluded community of Indian Rocks Beach! Perfect for families and groups of friends, this spacious rental home is within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and just a short drive from the world-famous Clearwater Beach.
With 3,000 square feet, this villa is bright, comfortable, and ideal for up to 12 guests. Enter through the gated courtyard to find the perfect spot for sunset and moonlit beach walks, beach runs, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, shelling, and spotting dolphins, sea turtles, and manatees. The family-friendly beach is perfect for all-day lounging or pitching a cabana.
On the first level, you'll find a two-car garage, laundry room, and the first bedroom suite with two queen beds, a private bathroom, access to the private pool, and a mini-fridge for convenience.
The second level features an open, spacious living area with tiled floors, connected to the fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a walk-out deck. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, under-counter wine fridge, stove, range, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils.
The living room is bright and inviting, with comfortable sofas and serene oceanside decor in neutral tones with pops of color. The large balcony on this level offers partial water views and a seating area.
On the third level, you'll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds, and these two rooms share a full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom (shower), a trundle bed, and access to another large balcony with partial Gulf views and a seating area.
Enjoy the magnificent views of the Gulf, passing ships, and sea life from both large balconies. For added fun, there's a splash pool and a gas grill. The plunge pool is 16ft long, 6ft wide, and approximately 4.5ft deep.
Important details to note:
The HOA allows two vehicles to be parked inside the garage only. Large SUVs may not fit completely, but you can still park them there.
