The kitchen is fully equipped conveniences of home. Stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, are just a few of this kitchen’s goodies. The master bedroom is spacious with a king-size bed and TV. The attached master bedroom hosts a walk-in shower and garden tub.The guest bedroom is large with a queen bed and TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Maximum of 4 guests. The unit has a washer and dryer too There is one parking spot for the renter and if necessary, there are several guest spots for visitors Take the elevator to the main floor and walk out onto the beach Heated pool No Pets This is a monthly rental HOUSE RULES and Special requirements: The person booking the home must be one of the occupants Monthly Minimum Rentals. (No Broken Months allowed) 14 Days advance booking normally required for Association approval Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $100.00 application fee after booking has been approved No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit No Pets (Strictly enforced by the Condo Association) No Parties No Trailers Check-in is after 4 pm Check-out is before 10 am
