Private Fishing Dock ***the dock may only be used by owners for motorized watercraft; however, it can still be used by rental guests for fishing or NON-motorized watercraft, provided that any type of non-motorized watercraft is removed from the dock upon completion of use.
*This unit is self-catering, so guests should plan to provide their own toiletries, detergents, and cleaning supplies. A starter kit of 2 trash bags, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, basic hand soap, and 1 roll of paper towels is supplied but not replenished.
*Please note there is no elevator on-site, and this is a 2nd-floor unit accessible by two flights of stairs (28 total).
