Leather furniture, soft carpet, and a big HDTV with cable, a DVD player, and a CD player await you here. Let the kids sprawl on the rug with their toys while the grown-ups watch a movie or listen to their favorite music as a backdrop to reminiscences and tall tales. Unlike the open-plan design of many vacation condos, this is divided into distinct rooms for privacy. The kitchen is particularly attractive, offering stainless-steel appliances, wooden cabinetry, and a palm-frond ceiling fan above a cool tiled floor. Open these cabinets, and you find cookware, serving-ware, utensils, and cooking gadgets galore. Want to spend Thanksgiving in St. Pete? You could cook and serve your feast from this kitchen without having to bring or buy anything but the food!
There is a big table in one corner of the living room that does triple duty. At mealtimes, it can become a dining table (although it usually loses out to the balcony!). In quiet moments, it is a laptop and journal center. And on rainy days and evenings "in," it becomes Game Central, hosting matches of Catan, Telestrations, Uno, and more! It has also been known to host a giant jigsaw puzzle, a Lego village, and lines of seashells gathered on the beach!
The common area also contains a laundry room that will become your best friend for keeping beach towels and swimsuits clean and dry. A half-bath is conveniently located here too, so during the morning rush, when everyone is trying to get ready at the same time, someone can retreat to this room for a little privacy.
The bedrooms are as roomy and pleasant as the common areas at this condo. The primary suite offers a king-sized 4-poster bed, along with a horizontal bank of windows, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with a separate powder area and a walk-in shower. You will love returning here each evening for some well-earned relaxation!
The second bedroom is also a suite, with a bathroom containing both a shower and tub option. This room contains two twin beds beneath a silently spinning palm-frond ceiling fan. Great for afternoon naps, the room can be darkened almost completely with the mini-blinds in both windows. And it has lots of floor space for all those beach toys and sports equipment!
