This beautiful house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can easily accommodate 12-14 guests. Our Indian Rocks Beach home has tons of amenities from a giant swim spa, additional lounge areas, laundry, WiFi, huge kitchen, grill and much more. This is a perfect vacation home for multiple families or one large family. There are 2 floors with two living spaces and it has an open floor plan so you won't feel on top of each other. Ground level is a bonus! Ideal for kids or adults to gather with a full bathroom, wet bar area, additional fridge and plenty of space for everyone. The ground level features a kitchenette, lounge area, a full bathroom and a bedroom. The bedroom features 2 Full beds and is open to the lounge area. The lounge area has sofas and a flat screen TV and opens up to a porch with outdoor seating and a grill. Out back you will find the brand new giant swim spa, kids and adults both love it as it's large and heated year-round. The backyard is spacious and private. The second level offers the main living area with a sectional couch, flat screen tv. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen and it has everything you would need to cook a family meal. Kitchen has all the supplies, utensils, and glassware for your use during your stay. The dining room is separate and it has plenty of seating for the family. Dining room accommodates 8 guests and kitchen island accommodates an additional 3 guests. The kitchen island also has extra seating. The second floor has an additional living area off of the living area that has a sofa bed and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has 2 Twin beds. The third bedroom has 2 Queen beds. The fourth bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bathroom. There is a hallway bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. All our spaces are designed thinking of you – our guests! Beautiful and unique finishes and touches like beachy decor, shiplap throughout, murals and much more to feel like you are on the beach! If you are looking to be somewhere near the beach, this is your place. Walking distance to the beach, the huge swim spa, small patio on the back, and a big space for your family. This is the house for you. Important details: 1 pet may be considered with a $150 pet fee + taxes.
